Next year I’ll be cycling from London to Paris to raise money for a cause very close to home.

My mum runs a care home and I’ve seen the incredible challenges she faces every day, caring for people living with conditions like dementia.

It’s tough, it’s relentless, and it’s often under-recognised.

Taking on this ride is my way of showing support – not just for her, but for everyone affected and their families.
