I’m fundraising for Dementia UK (The Access Group UK Charity of the Year), the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family.

Today, nearly one million people in the UK are living with dementia. One in two of us will be affected by it in our lifetime – whether by caring for someone with the diagnosis, developing it ourselves, or both. It’s the biggest health and social challenge of our time. Dementia UK's Admiral Nurses, provide expert, compassionate advice and support to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it is needed.

I'm fundraising for Dementia UK, by combining my passion for hiking with a meaningful cause. With your generous support together we can help them to reach even more families who desperately need help and support.
