In June 2026 I’ll be taking on the challenge of cycling from London to Paris—an epic journey of over 300 miles—to raise vital funds for Dementia UK.
Dementia touches millions of lives, and its impact on families can be overwhelming. Dementia UK’s Admiral Nurses provide expert, compassionate support to help families navigate the emotional and practical challenges of dementia care. Their work is life-changing—and they need our help to reach even more people.
Every mile I pedal is for those who can’t. Every donation brings us closer to a future where no family faces dementia alone.
