Dementia affects nearly everybody in some way — colleagues, parents, partners, friends. Behind the statistics are families managing extraordinary emotional and practical challenges.

Dementia UK’s specialist Admiral Nurses provide expert support when it matters most — offering practical guidance, emotional reassurance, and a steady presence during incredibly uncertain times.

As someone passionate about supporting people through difficult moments, this feels like a cause worth jumping for.
