I’m taking on the Camino Quest Challenge to raise vital funds for Dementia UK. Dementia affects so many families, leaving them feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and often unsure where to turn. Every 3 minutes someone new is diagnosed with dementia - and in turn their families' lives are changed forever.

This challenge isn’t just a personal adventure; it’s a way to make a real difference for those living with dementia and their loved ones.

We're taking on part of the Camino de Santiago in Spain – trekking the final 65km of the famous Camino Frances (The French Way) pilgrimage route. Starting in Palas de Rei and finishing in Santiago Old Town the walk is graded as 'tough' so wish me luck!

I'll be grateful for any donation you can spare —every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to a world where no one faces dementia alone. Thank you for your generosity and encouragement! Sarah Wood
