Dementia is a cause that's close to my heart — and one that touches so many families across the UK, often in ways that are difficult to put into words.
Watching a loved one navigate the challenges it brings is something no family should have to face alone, and yet so many do.

This year, I'm proud to be raising funds in support of The Access Group's chosen UK Charity of the Year. It felt like the perfect opportunity to turn good intentions into real action.

Every pound raised goes towards vital research, care, and support for those living with dementia and the families around them. Whether it's a small contribution or a generous donation, it all adds up — and it all makes a difference.
