Matt and I are fundraising for Dementia UK.

This June, I'll be walking 67km of the Camino de Santiago in Spain.

Matt is taking on the 2026 Chester Triple - a 10k, half marathon and full marathon. He completed the 10k in March, the half marathon in May and the full marathon is in October.

We're fundraising in loving memory of my wonderful Grandma, who we lost to Alzheimer's disease in 2015. Anyone who has watched a loved one live with dementia knows how challenging the journey is, not just for the person with the condition, but for the whole family.

All funds raised have twice the impact! This year my employer, The Access Group, has chosen Dementia UK as our Charity of the Year and will match every pound raised by employees.
