Walking 100km for Dementia UK

I’m proud to be part of a team raising £100,000 for Dementia UK by walking the Camino de Santiago. This charity provides vital one-to-one support for carers like me, looking after loved ones with dementia.

My father was diagnosed with late-stage vascular dementia in 2023, and caring for him has been an emotional and challenging journey. Last year, I walked 100km across Spain to honor that experience and raise awareness. Next year, I'm doing it all over again with colleagues from Access.
