Running Ely Ultramarathon

Hopefully not too late in the day, but been in training for a couple of months for the Ely Ultramarathon in October (Sun 5th).

It’s in aid of Dementia UK, Access’ Charity of the Year for this year, who provide expert help and support to families affected by dementia. My mum has Lewy body dementia (LBD) and my late uncle had Alzheimers.
