Eve's London to Paris Cycle for Dementia UK

I'm taking on the London to Paris cycle challenge to raise money for Dementia UK – a cause that touches countless families across the UK. By pushing myself to my physical limits over these miles, I'm reminded to be grateful for having a body and mind that allow me to take on such a challenge.

Not everyone has that privilege, and that's exactly why I'm riding. As i've struggled with my own mental and physical health in recent years, gratitude will fuel every pedal stroke!
