200km Across the Moors & the Coast

I’ll be taking on a 200km cycling challenge across the North York Moors and along the Yorkshire Coast to support Dementia UK. This is a demanding route of long climbs, exposed roads, and relentless distance — but it’s nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by families living with dementia.
