I’m taking on a skydive on 24 April to raise money for Dementia UK, a charity that provides specialist Admiral Nurses to support families facing dementia.

Dementia affects so many lives, not only those diagnosed but also the people who love and care for them. The emotional, physical and financial impact can be overwhelming, and no family should have to go through it alone. The support Dementia UK offers makes a truly life-changing difference — giving families expert guidance, reassurance and someone to turn to when they need it most.

By pushing myself out of my comfort zone (and out of a plane!), I’m hoping to raise vital funds and awareness so more families can access this incredible support. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Dementia UK continue their amazing work. 💙 Tatiana Ilies
